Welcome to Anuqa.net. Anuqa.net is an air quality web resource, that focuses on Village-based air quality education.
As scientists have uncovered airborne substances that threaten human health and damage the environment, increased efforts are being undertaken to protect and educate affected individuals.
Policy makers are directly influenced by data that correlates airborne contaminant with environmental impact. Additionally, human health impact studies by independant researchers have directly linked airborne contaminates with adverse human health impacts.
The purpose of this site is to improve air quality education, and to provide tools and resources that are beneficial to Alaskans. The site is designed to be a resource with real information that respects traditional knowledge and western science regarding air pollution.
